When is payment due?
A 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract reserve your wedding date. Your remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding.
Are lashes included?
Yes. Lashes are included with our bridal and bridal-party makeup services.
Do you offer airbrush makeup?
We specialize in traditional makeup application rather than airbrush. This allows our artists to customize products, coverage and finish based on your skin and the look you’re going for.
Can I book a trial before signing a contract?
Trials are reserved for booked TBGG brides. This allows your trial to be with the artist who is actually assigned to your wedding day.
When should I schedule my bridal trial?
We recommend scheduling your trial approximately 1–3 months before your wedding. Trials take place at your artist’s location in Northern Illinois and are available to booked TBGG brides.
Can we get ready at more than one location?
Yes. If our artists need to pack up and relocate during your scheduled services, a location-change fee applies per artist.
